Salon Etiquette
- We kindly request 24hrs notice for cancellations.
- Cancellations made less than 2hrs prior to the scheduled time
or „no-shows" will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- We ask you to arrive on time or slightly early for your
appointment. Late arrivals will result in less time with us but not
necessarily less cost. Late arrivals of more than 15mins may
result in rescheduling.
- Please ensure mobile phones are on silent or vibrate during
your treatment for the comfort of others around you.
